Poorly designed. Ejects lots of unpopped kernels into the bowl, then they pop in the bowl and shoot popcorn all over the place. Lots of kernels don't get popped. Where's my good ole West Bend model 82400??? That was the best air popper I've ever had. Too bad mine died after many years of good service.

I could not give this item more than 3 stars because the item arrived with a small dent which was not severe enough to return but still a bit annoying. Additionally, I expected a more heavy duty popper. This popper is very light gauge aluminum. As if to underscore my comment about quality, one of the gear teeth broke on first use. Regardless, as I said, it does work well in that almost all kernels do pop and they taste great. I am using Orville Redenbacher Corn and popping oil."
